東方中科(002819.SZ)：2020年度擬向銀行申請5億元授信額度
格隆匯4月10日丨東方中科(002819.SZ)公佈，為適應公司快速發展的需要，補充公司流動資金的不足，公司於2020年4月10日召開公司第四屆董事會第十七次會議，審議通過了《關於2020年度公司向銀行申請授信額度的議案》，2020年度公司擬向各家銀行及其他金融機構申請綜合授信額度如下：
1、向廣發銀行股份有限公司北京分行五棵松支行申請綜合授信額度摺合人民幣6000萬元整，授信期限不超過一年；
2、向北京銀行股份有限公司阜裕支行申請綜合授信額度摺合人民幣8500萬元整，授信期限不超過兩年(其中同意控股子公司北京東方天長科技服務有限公司使用公司綜合授信額度200萬元作為流動資金貸款額度，用於公司日常業務運營資金流轉)；
3、向中國民生銀行股份有限公司北京分行申請綜合授信額度摺合人民幣5000萬元整，授信期限不超過一年；
4、向中國工商銀行股份有限公司南禮士路支行申請綜合授信額度摺合人民幣1億元整，授信期限不超過一年；
5、向中國銀行股份有限公司北京金融中心支行申請綜合授信額度摺合人民幣1.2億元整，授信期限不超過一年；
6、向中國建設銀行股份有限公司中關村分行申請綜合授信額度摺合人民幣4000萬元整，授信期限不超過一年；
7、向華夏銀行股份有限公司北京長安支行申請綜合授信額度摺合人民幣4500萬元整，授信期限不超過一年；
公司2020年度向上述各家銀行及其他金融機構申請的授信額度總計為人民幣5億元整(最終以各家銀行實際審批的授信額度為準)，具體融資金額將視公司運營資金的實際需求來確定，且不超過上述具體授信金額；融資期限、利率、種類以簽訂的合同為準。公司授權董事長全權代表公司簽署上述授信額度內的一切授信(包括但不限於授信、借款、擔保、抵押、融資、信託、租賃、銀行承兑匯票、國內信用證等)有關的合同、協議、憑證等各項法律文件，由此產生的法律、經濟責任全部由公司承擔。
