巨星科技(002444.SZ)：已收到多國客户各類防護口罩訂單 金額累計達4029萬美元
格隆匯4月9日丨巨星科技(002444.SZ)公佈，鑑於新型冠狀病毒疫情在全球蔓延，海外大型連鎖超市對防護用品尤其是防護口罩產品的需求快速增長，公司為積極履行社會責任，同時滿足海外客户的需求，全力推動防護用品尤其是防護口罩產品出口事宜。公司防護口罩產品已於近期獲得美國市場和歐盟市場的銷售准入許可。考慮到此次疫情爆發以來投資者對公司防護口罩業務的諮詢量較多，其中通過深交所互動易平台諮詢口罩相關問題累計超過60條，通過投資者熱線諮詢口罩相關問題累計超過100次，為保證投資者的知情權和對外披露信息的公平，特將後續銷售進展情況披露如下：
截止公告披露日，通過公司各部門的努力，公司已收到來自包括美國、德國、意大利、英國、新西蘭、智利、澳大利亞、波蘭、捷克、立陶宛等國客户各類防護口罩訂單金額累計達4029萬美元，佔公司最近一個經審計會計年度(2018年度)營業收入的比例約為4.80%，這些訂單大部分將在未來2個月內陸續交付全球各地客户。目前公司還在持續接收全球客户的防護用品訂單，並積極組織產能滿足客户的需求。
上述主要客户均和公司合作購買手工具產品10年以上，大部分客户是當地大型連鎖超市或其採購子公司，負責在當地銷售各類生活必需品，目前沒有大規模關閉門店的風險，因此上述訂單履約風險較小。上述訂單若能順利履行，將對公司本年度業績產生積極影響。
公司提示風險：1、公司防護口罩產品主要銷往海外市場，產品價格大都以美元計價，匯率波動將對公司以人民幣計價的收款金額及確認營業收入的金額產生影響，因此匯率波動導致公司防護口罩業務的經營業績存在一定的不確定性。
2，公司防護口罩產品的銷售進度和履約進度可能受到海外市場政策環境變化和境外疫情發展情況的影響，因此該業務對公司經營業績的影響存在一定的不確定性；同時目前公司防護口罩訂單金額佔公司公司最近一個經審計會計年度(2018年度)營業收入比例約為4.80%，對公司經營業績影響不大。
3，公司原有主營業務訂單目前基本穩定，未出現客户由於疫情取消訂單的情形，但部分海外客户由於疫情影響或要求訂單延期交付，可能對公司經營業績產生影響。
