益民集團(600824.SH):支持中小企業租户抗擊疫情減免租金
格隆匯4月3日丨益民集團(600824.SH)公佈,根據《上海市全力防控疫情支持服務企業平穩健康發展的若干政策措施》、《黃浦區人民政府關於應對新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情支持中小微企業平穩健康發展的工作意見》和《關於黃浦區區屬國有企業減免中小企業房屋租金的實施細則》等文件要求,公司積極踐行企業社會責任、履行國有企業服務區域經濟發展的主體責任,對受本次新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情影響的公司中小企業租户實施部分租金減免措施,切實減輕入駐中小企業負擔,與租户企業共克時艱,共渡難關。
公司及公司下屬納入合併報表範圍的有上海市房屋租賃業務的各類企業,作為此次租金減免的實施主體。
承租公司及公司下屬企業自有經營性房產,從事生產經營活動(不含房屋租賃業務)的非國有中小企業,其中中小企業範圍參照《關於印發中小企業劃型標準規定的通知》(工信部聯企業[2011]300號)有關規定,根據所屬行業予以確定。
存在間接承租公司及公司下屬企業自有經營性房產情形的,其中:轉租人為本市國企的,按照《上海市全力防控疫情支持服務企業平穩健康發展的若干政策措施》有關規定執行;轉租人為非國有企業的,相關責任主體應督促其將減免租金落實到實際經營承租人,力保實際經營的中小企業最終受益。
對於已簽約承租公司及下屬企業自有經營性房產,從事生產、辦公、商業配套等經營活動的非國有中小企業,符合益民集團《關於貫徹落實本市國有企業減免中小企業房屋租金的政策實施方案》相關規定的租金減免適用對象,由房產所屬企業免除2020年2月、3月最多二個月的租金。
經公司財務部門初步測算,本次減免租金安排涉及影響公司2020年營業收入不超過人民幣3500萬元,佔2018年經審計的營業收入的比例約為2.37%;預計本次減免租金安排涉及的租金對公司2020年歸母淨利潤的影響不超過人民幣2300萬元,佔2018年經審計的歸母淨利潤的比例約為21%。本次減免租金安排對公司2020年營業收入、歸母淨利潤的影響系未經審計的預估數據,僅為投資者瞭解本次免租安排對公司的影響所用,公司提醒投資者審慎使用該等數據。本次減免租金安排不會影響公司的持續經營能力及長期發展。
