太極集團(600129.SH)擬增加經營範圍“中藥材種植、銷售；藥品零售、批發；農副產品”
格隆匯4月3日丨太極集團(600129.SH)公佈，根據公司經營發展需要，公司擬增加經營範圍：“中藥材種植、銷售；藥品零售、批發；農副產品”，同時因經營範圍變更對《公司章程》相應條款進行修訂。公司於2020年4月3日召開第九屆董事會第二十三次會議，審議通過了《關於變更公司經營範圍並相應修訂〈公司章程〉的議案》，現將相關情況公告如下：
修訂前：第十四條經依法登記，公司的經營範圍是：加工、銷售：中成藥、西藥；以下限分支機構經營：銷售副食品及其他食品、汽車二級維護及其以下作業、包裝裝潢及其他印刷、住宿；保健用品加工、銷售；醫療器械銷售(僅限I類)；醫療包裝製品加工；百貨、五金、交電、化工(不含化學危險品)、工藝美術品(不含金銀首飾)、機械設備、建築材料銷售(不含危險化學品和木材)銷售；機械零部件加工；中草藥種植；水產養殖(國家有專項規定的除外)；商品包裝；旅遊開發；房地產開發(取得相關行政許可後方可執業)；自有房屋、土地出租；貿易經紀與代理［以上範圍法律、法規禁止經營的不得經營；法律、法規規定應經審批而未獲審批前不得經營］。
