大博醫療(002901.SZ)擬修改經營範圍 新增口罩、防護服、防護手套、體温計、護目鏡、消毒用品等
格隆匯4月2日丨大博醫療(002901.SZ)公佈，結合公司當前實際經營業務需求，公司董事會同意修改經營範圍並根據變更情況相應修訂《公司章程》第十三條相應內容。
修訂前：第十三條，經依法登記，公司的經營範圍：研發生產二類6826物理治療設備、二類6865醫用縫合材料和三類6810矯形外科(骨科)手術器械；二類6810矯形外科(骨科)手術器械、三類6846植入材料；一類醫療器械的研發、生產；骨科植入材料模具的製造；批發和進出口：三類、二類：注射穿刺器械、醫用電子儀器設備、醫用光學器具儀器及內窺鏡設備、醫用超聲儀器及有關設備、物理治療及康復設備、臨牀檢驗分析儀器(體外診斷試劑除外)、植入材料和人工器官、手術室急救室診療室設備及器具、口腔科材料、醫用衞生材料及敷料、醫用縫合材料及粘合劑；三類、二類：醫用高分子材料及製品；二類：手術器械、普通診察器械、中醫器械、口腔科設備及器具、病房護理設備及器具、消毒和滅菌設備及器具(以上商品不涉及國營貿易管理商品，涉及配額、許可證管理商品的，按國家有關規定辦理申請；以上經營範圍涉及許可經營項目的，應在取得有關部門的許可後方可經營)
修訂後：第十三條，經依法登記，公司的經營範圍：研發生產二類6826物理治療設備、二類6865醫用縫合材料和三類6810矯形外科(骨科)手術器械；二類6810矯形外科(骨科)手術器械、三類6846植入材料；一類醫療器械的研發、生產；骨科植入材料模具的製造；批發和進出口：三類、二類：注射穿刺器械、醫用電子儀器設備、醫用光學器具儀器及內窺鏡設備、醫用超聲儀器及有關設備、物理治療及康復設備、臨牀檢驗分析儀器(體外診斷試劑除外)、植入材料和人工器官、手術室急救室診療室設備及器具、口腔科材料、醫用衞生材料及敷料、醫用縫合材料及粘合劑；三類、二類：醫用高分子材料及製品；二類：手術器械、普通診察器械、中醫器械、口腔科設備及器具、病房護理設備及器具、消毒和滅菌設備及器具；醫用防護口罩、非醫用日用防護口罩、醫用防護服、非醫用日用防護服、防護手套、體温計、護目鏡、消毒用品的生產、加工和銷售(以上商品不涉及國營貿易管理商品，涉及配額、許可證管理商品的，按國家有關規定辦理申請；以上經營範圍涉及許可經營項目的，應在取得有關部門的許可後方可經營)
公司變更後的經營範圍以工商行政管理機關最終核准的經營範圍為準。
該議案尚需提交股東大會審議。
