航天長峯(600855.SH)提示風險：重症呼吸機Athena 8500機型的生產裝配工藝流程尚處於研究試製階段
格隆匯4月2日丨航天長峯(600855.SH)發佈風險提示公告，公司股票自3月20日至4月2日10個交易日內有7個交易日漲停，期間漲幅為113%。鑑於近期公司股票價格漲幅較大，現就相關風險提示如下：
1.公司研製的重症呼吸機Athena 8500目前處於產品註冊階段，尚沒有取得中國醫療器械產品註冊證，不具備國內、外銷售資質。目前，Athena 8500機型的生產裝配工藝流程尚處於研究試製階段，尚無法實現量產。該機型核心裝配零部件需要進行外部採購，受呼吸機產業鏈上游制約，呼吸機核心部件的供應存在不確定性。
2.公司目前自產在銷的呼吸機型號主要為ACM812A急救轉運呼吸機，該機型只具備基礎呼吸支持功能，尚不能滿足更復雜的危重症臨牀呼吸支持需求。
3.公司目前自產在銷的ACM812A呼吸機業務規模佔公司整體業務比重較小。2019年，該機型銷售數量為201台，銷售金額約為325萬元，佔公司整體銷售收入比重較小，對公司2019年度整體業績影響極小。
4.目前公司主營業務未發生重大變化，其中安保科技建設業務2018年營業收入佔比為78.06%，電子信息業務2018年營業收入佔比為14.60%，兩者合計佔比為92.66%。
5.公司預計2019年實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤與上年同期(調整後)相比，同比減少36.09%至52.8%；預計2019年實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤與上年同期(調整前)相比，同比減少14.33%到36.74%；預計2019年實現歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤與上年同期相比，同比減少118.45%到145.73%。
6.根據Wind行業分類結果顯示：截至2020年4月2日，公司所處“信息科技諮詢與其他服務業”行業的中位數平均靜態市盈率為49.20，中位數平均滾動市盈率為42.83；公司的靜態市盈率為129.08，滾動市盈率為176.84。公司當前的靜態市盈率、滾動市盈率均明顯高於同行業的中位數平均水平。公司市盈率相對來説處於較高水平，請投資者注意投資風險，理性決策，謹慎投資。
