花旗:升周黑鴨(1458.HK)目標價至4.5港元 特許經營改革初見成效
花旗發表研究報告指出,周黑鴨(1458.HK)推進特許經營的改革初見成效,去年下半年盈利下滑幅度收窄,決定上調該公司的評級至“中性”,目標價亦調升近29%至4.5港元。
花旗報告説,周黑鴨特許經營擴張,因此調升其2021年每股盈利預測10%,但疫情仍使公司在今年充滿挑戰,下調今年每股盈利預測62%。
周黑鴨去年錄得總收益31.86億元人民幣,微跌0.8%;期內毛利18.01億元人民幣,下跌2.5%。期內純利4.07億元人民幣,倒退24.6%,派末期息派11港仙。
