渣打:未來數月本港零售市道仍艱難 全年經濟料收縮4.8%
本港2月零售業總銷貨價挫44%創紀錄以來最大單月跌幅,首兩月合計下跌31.8%。渣打大中華區高級經濟師劉健恆回應稱,香港2月的零售銷售數據比市場一般預期的還要差,反映了新型肺炎對零售市場的嚴重打擊,以及農曆新年的季節性影響。
該行預計零售市場在未來幾個月的日子仍會相當艱難,因應新型肺炎個案上升,政府推出更嚴厲的措施減少社交接觸,加上資產市場質素轉差、市場情緒疲弱而影響消費意欲,以及失業率上升等,都會進一步打擊零售市場的表現。全球經濟衰退亦會阻礙本地經濟復甦,該行預計香港經濟今年將會按年衰退4.8%。(da/)~
