港股異動丨嘉裏物流漲近3% 去年多賺55% 息18仙
格隆匯3月31日丨嘉裏物流(00636.HK)漲近3%,報9.1港元,總市值156億港元。嘉裏物流今日午間公佈2019年全年業績,公司收入增加8%至411.39億港元,核心經營溢利增長17%至27.65億港元,核心純利增長4%至13.74億港元,股東應占溢利增長55%至37.88億港元;每股盈利2.21港元,末期股息每股18港仙。此外,嘉裏物流公佈,於2020年2月24日,KLN Investment、賣方及目標集團Apex Group已就建議收購目標集團餘下股份訂立股份買賣協議,KLN Investment擬購買目標集團餘下49%股份,代價1.76億美元,代價30%將以現金支付,代價70%將發行7644.5萬股代價股份償付。
