ＢＣ科技集團(00863.HK)公佈年度業績 數字資產及區塊鏈收入大增736.9%
格隆匯3月31日丨ＢＣ科技集團(00863.HK)公佈2019年年度業績，公司收入1.65億元人民幣，同比增長13.6%，收益增長乃受到於2018年8月開始的數字資產業務表現優於預期所推動。
數字資產及區塊鏈平台業務於2018年8月開始，並於年內大幅增加，成為集團最大的業務收益及收入來源。本年度，數字資產及區塊鏈平台業務產生收入人民幣7,160萬元，同比上升736.9%。大幅增加受集團數字資產交易服務的交易量增加及於2019財政年度推出SaaS業務所驅動。
期間優化數字資產交易收入、來自SaaS的服務費用、存貨融資利息收入以及其他數字資產及區塊鏈平台相關業務的收入分別為人民幣6,690萬元、人民幣230萬元、人民幣140萬元及人民幣110萬元。通過使用公司的專利平台技術，於來自優化數字資產貿易的收入人民幣6,690萬元中，人民幣150萬元產生自獲得公司自動化交易平台授權的客户。
集團於2019年的數字資產存貨總額約為人民幣4.47億元。鑑於當前全球對數字資產市場監管的關注，集團對未來一年將為其數字資產業務及更廣泛的數字資產生態系統帶來巨大增長機遇充滿信心。
本年度，研發成本（主要計入僱員福利開支）為人民幣4,130萬元。於研發總成本中，人民幣850萬元被資本化為無形資產。研發成本的增加乃由於集團努力擴展其數字資產及區塊鏈行業的技術能力及資源。
展望未來，集團將繼續投資OSL數字資產平台及服務、並提供貿易、技術及SaaS解決方案及相關服務。具體而言，集團計劃將投入更多資源用於銷售及營銷，以加速獲客及收益增長。面對尋求通過OSL數字資產平台的SaaS產品提供數字資產交易場所的金融機構所增加的查詢，集團已獲得主流採用的證據。鑑於集團先前於建立具有必需的安全性、風險及合規性系統的綜合技術平台方面的投資，其處於有利地位，可為尋求整體解決方案的機構提供服務。
