辰林教育(01593.HK)共同成立阿里巴巴數字貿易學院 培養數字貿易產業人才
格隆匯3月31日丨辰林教育(01593.HK)公佈,為了深化教育與產業融合,加強學校與企業之間的合作,集團透過旗下江西應用科技學院與阿里巴巴(中國)網絡技術有限公司合作,建立長期穩定的合作關係並於2020年3月末簽訂合作協議。該合作協議旨在透過該大學與阿里巴巴網絡技術的合作,共同成立阿里巴巴數字貿易學院,培養數字貿易產業人才。
合作協議為阿里巴巴網絡技術與該大學之間進行長期戰略合作的基礎,合作雙方可能視市場狀況和發展就具體合作事宜另行簽訂額外的合作協議。
董事會認為,與阿里巴巴網絡技術的合作旨在增強該大學與知名企業之間的校企合作,充分發揮雙方各自的優勢,培養面向未來的電子商務及數字貿易的專業人才,併為公司及其股東持續創造價值。
