神思電子(300479.SZ)及子公司2020年度擬向銀行申請不超3億元綜合授信額度
格隆匯3月30日丨神思電子(300479.SZ)公佈,公司於2020年3月27日召開了第三屆董事會2020第一次會議,會議審議通過了《關於公司及子公司2020年度向銀行申請綜合授信額度的議案》,具體情況如下:
公司及子公司取得一定的銀行綜合授信額度有利於保障公司業務發展對資金的需求,從而為公司及子公司保持持續穩定發展奠定了堅實基礎。同時,公司及子公司生產經營正常,具有足夠的償債能力。因此,同意2020年度公司及子公司向銀行申請總額度不超過人民幣3億元的銀行綜合授信,同時申請股東大會授權董事長或其授權代理人辦理和簽署相關授信、貸款等事宜或材料,授權期限自公司2019年度股東大會審議通過之日起至下一年年度股東大會審議之日止。
