格隆匯3月30日丨中樑控股(02772.HK)公佈,截至2019年12月31日止年度,公司實現收益566.40億元人民幣(下同),同比增長87.46%;毛利131.82億元,同比增長90.75%;母公司擁有人應占年內溢利38.34億元,同比增長98.50%;公司擁有人應占核心淨利潤為39.01億元,同比增長102.3%;每股盈利1.17元;擬派末期股息每股32.8港仙。

於2019年,集團合約銷售金額達到1525億元,較2018年的1,015億元按年增長約50.2%。2019年錄得的合同銷售較集團的合同銷售目標1,300億元超出約17.3%。

公告稱,儘管市況不景,房地產行業作為中國經濟重要的支柱行業,行業以"穩"字當頭。去年以來政府政策雖然有收有放,房地產行業總體平穩發展。在這樣的行業形勢下,集團貫徹2019年初提出的"直面挑戰、轉好模式、打開資本、穩中求進"的原則。集團積極順應國家政策及行業發展態勢,經營業績繼續穩步增長,實現2019年合同銷售規模突破1,500億元,穩居中國房企二十強。

集團密切緊隨行業趨勢,年內持續增加土地儲備。集團的附屬公司、合營企業及聯營公司於 2019年作出的土地投資額為人民幣764億元,共獲取土地139宗。2019年,集團在迴歸二線城市的買地投資方面成效顯着。在全年的買地投資中,二線城市佔比提升至50%以上。2019年,集團買地範圍覆蓋多個戰略經濟區,超過60%的全年買地金額位於長三角、中西部約佔20%,海峽西岸約佔8%、環渤海約佔8%及珠三角約佔1%。年內,集團新進入20個城市,持續提升城市能級、推進公開渠道及私人併購等方式購地,擴大全國土地儲備。於2019年12月31日,集團已佈局全國23個省及自治市、逾140座城市。

此外,根據當前的市場環境,集團將2020年全年的合約銷售目標定為1680億元,比2019年的合約銷售增加約10%。集團有信心把握未來房地產市場的銷售復甦,並深信2020年是中樑邁向優秀的房地產企業的關鍵年
