美團點評(03690.HK)2019年財報:年度交易金額增至6821億元 受疫情影響一季度預虧
格隆匯APP獲悉,3月30日晚間,美團點評(03690.HK)公佈2019年第四季度及全年業績,公司全年收入同比增長49.5%達至975億元人民幣(單位下同),美團全年總交易金額同比增長32.3%至6821億元,平台年度交易用户達4.5億,其中餐飲外賣業務繼續保持強勁增長,全年交易筆數同比增加36.4%達87億筆。這意味着美團在過去多年堅持長期理念進行的業務佈局和投入開始持續凸顯價值。
值得注意的是,此次財報中也披露了疫情對於公司2020年第一季度產生的下行壓力,並預估今年第一季度業績或虧損,未來幾個季度的經營業績亦會受到不利影響。
2019年,受惠於中國消費市場的強勁增長動力,美團各項業務繼續保持強勁增長,公司經調整淨利潤47億元,其中餐飲外賣業務增速穩健,交易金額同比增長38.9%至3927億元。得益於更加豐富的服務品類、更好的線上產品、線下履約和交付體驗,以及美團過去十年在本地生活基礎設施的持續投入和建設,消費者對美團的滿意度持續提升,使得老用户的購買頻次越來越高,也獲得了更多新用户的信賴,推動2019年交易用户年均交易筆數進一步增長至27.4筆。
通過推出餐飲外賣會員制,以及豐富多樣的產品和個性化的服務,外賣服務的時段、品類繼續呈現出高頻和多元的趨勢。第四季度,美團餐飲外賣在低線城市的交易額增幅達45%。同時,餐飲外賣的銷售成本由2018年的人民幣329億元增加35.7%至2019年的446億元,主要由於訂單量增加而令餐飲外賣的騎手成本增加。美團數據顯示,2019年有399萬騎手從美團獲得收入。
到店及酒旅業務板塊,美團的收入及交易金額均取得出色表現,交易金額增長25.6%至2019年的2221億元,收入同比增加40.6%達223億元。其中,美團對於在線營銷產品的持續創新和優化,進一步滿足了品類多樣的中小商户日益增長的在線營銷需求,使商户側潛力得到充分釋放。酒旅方面,2019年全年的國內酒店間夜量則同比增長 38.2%至3.92億間。
除主體業務外,在疫情期間,美團閃購、美團買菜及快驢等新業務,成為特殊時期保障人們生活的基礎服務設施,新業務潛在發展空間被進一步激發。財報顯示,2019年,新業務與其他業務協同效應持續強化,收入增長81.5%至人民幣204億元。此外,在App端,大眾點評App獨具優勢的內容生態通過積極創新和推出個性化推薦,為商户創造了更多交易機會。其中,千人千面的信息流推送大大提升了點評App的用户體驗,帶動DAU迅速增長,成為商户“必選在線營銷平台”。
