中國石化(600028.SH)2019年度淨利潤降8.7%至575.91億元 擬派末期股利每股0.19元
格隆匯3月29日丨中國石化(600028.SH)披露2019年年度報告，按中國企業會計準則編制，實現營業收入29661.93億元，同比增長2.6%；歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤575.91億元，同比下降8.7%；歸屬於母公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤542.71億元，同比下降9.0%；基本每股收益0.476元，擬派發末期股利每股0.19元(含税)，加上中期已派發股利每股0.12元(含税)，全年股利每股0.31元(含税)。
2020年公司初步計劃資本支出1434億元，未來將根據市場變化，動態優化調整投資項目。初步計劃勘探及開發板塊資本支出611億元，重點安排勝利、西北原油產能建設和涪陵、威榮頁巖氣產能建設，推進天然氣管道和儲氣庫以及境外油氣項目建設等；煉油板塊資本支出224億元，重點做好中科煉化項目建設和投運，鎮海、天津、茂名、洛陽等煉油結構調整項目建設；營銷及分銷板塊資本支出220億元，重點安排加油(氣)站、成品油庫、管道及非油品業務等項目；化工板塊資本支出323億元，重點做好中科、鎮海、古雷等項目建設，中韓、中沙乙烯改造，中沙聚碳、九江芳烴以及中安煤化工等項目建設；總部及其他資本支出56億元，主要用於科研裝置及信息化項目建設。
公司生產的絕大部分原油及少量天然氣用於公司煉油、化工業務，其餘外銷給予其他客户。2019年，外銷原油、天然氣及其他上游產品營業額1111億元，同比增長18.8%，主要歸因於公司持續推進天然氣產供銷體系建設，積極拓市擴銷，天然氣對外銷售實現量價齊升。
2019年，公司煉油事業部和營銷及分銷事業部對外銷售石油產品(主要包括成品油及其他精煉石油產品)實現的對外銷售收入15352億元(佔公司營業額及其他經營收入的51.8%)，同比降低1.5%，主要歸因於成品油及其他精煉石油產品價格同比降低。汽油、柴油及煤油的銷售收入13036億元(佔石油產品銷售收入的85%)，同比降低1.1%；其他精煉石油產品銷售收入2316億元(佔石油產品銷售收入的15%)，同比降低3.4%。
公司化工產品對外銷售收入4255億元(佔公司營業額及其他經營收入的14.3%)，同比降低7%。主要歸因於化工產品供應增加，產品價格大幅下降。
