融創中國(01918.HK)公佈年度業績 土地儲備貨值達3.07萬億元 純利升57.1%至260.3億元及派息1.232元
格隆匯3月27日丨融創中國(01918.HK)公佈截至2019年12月31日止年度業績，公司收入約為人民幣1,693.2億元，較去年增長約35.7%；集團毛利約為人民幣414.1億元，較去年增長約33.0%；公司擁有人應占溢利約為人民幣260.3億元，較去年增長約57.1%；每股基本盈利約為人民幣5.99元，末期股息為每股人民幣1.232元，較去年增長約49.0%。
2019年，在充足高質量的可售資源及市場領先的高品質產品能力的支持下，集團銷售實現穩步增長，全年合同銷售金額約人民幣5,562.1億元，同比增長約20.7%，位列行業第四名。同時，集團秉承一貫的城市深耕戰略，在越來越多的核心城市擁有領先市場地位，2019年，集團有43個城市的銷售金額排名進入當地市場前十，較2018年增加6個城市，有3個城市的銷售金額超300億元，17個城市銷售金額超100億元。
2019年，該集團繼續發揮良好的週期把握能力、收併購市場的優勢品牌口碑，以及與眾多優質合作伙伴深度合作，進一步鞏固了土地儲備的競爭優勢。截至本公告日期，該集團連同其合營公司及聯營公司的土地儲備約2.39億平方米，土地儲備貨值預計約人民幣3.07萬億元，其中超82%位於一二線城市，平均土地成本約4,306元/平方米，充足高質量的土地儲備將有力地支持集團未來的銷售表現和長期的穩健發展。
此外，2019年，融創文旅持續優化升級商業、酒店、樂園及秀場等業態的經營策略，全年收入增長約41%，達人民幣28.5億元，同時實現了廣州、無錫、昆明文旅城精彩開業，融創文旅的影響力得到巨大的提升，也得到了各界的廣泛好評。融創文化聚焦優質內容，在市場低點收購夢之城文化、Base等優質資產，初步完成了動畫內容平台和IP運營能力的建設。2019年，集團還通過環融資產包的收購高起點切入會議會展行業，成為中國最大的會議會展項目運營管理商之一；攜手清華大學在青島展開深度合作，進一步提升和豐富了集團在醫療康養行業的佈局。
公司稱，該集團依託充足的土地儲備，預計2020年的可售資源將有機會達到人民幣8,200億元，與去年相比仍將保持穩定增長，充足高質量的可售資源將有力支持銷售業績的表現。
