中国通商集团(01719.HK)预计年度溢利将减少45%至65%
格隆汇3月26日丨中国通商集团(01719.HK)发布公告,由于疫情爆发,中国多个省份及直辖市(包括集团总部及营运所在的湖北省)已实施紧急公众健康措施,并采取各种行动对农历新年假期后复工的企业施加条件及限制),以防止疫情扩散。由于先前对企业施加的若干限制已获解除,该城市恢复运作,而集团雇员现已陆续返岗复工。
此外,公司预期截至2019年12月31日止年度溢利将较2018年度减少约45%至65%,主要由于于相关租赁届满后,来自汉南港的已收取仓库租赁收入减少;沙洋港及石牌港所取得的政府资助减少;及来自汉南港港口及仓库以及沙洋港毗邻物流中心的投资物业的公平值收益减少所致。
