華新手袋國際控股(02683.HK)受疫情影響 暫停柬埔寨生產設施
格隆匯3月25日丨華新手袋國際控股(02683.HK)公告，自冠狀病毒病COVID-19於全球範圍內爆發以來，北美的若干政府及歐盟已採取緊急公共衞生措施以遏制爆發蔓延，包括但不限於，實施旅行限制、禁止外國人入境及關閉若干政府及私人營業場所(提供必要服務的場所除外)。自今年三月以來，COVID-19爆發已導致我們產品的最大市場—北美及歐盟的消費者市場受到干擾。由於COVID-19疫情在其國爆發，應集團客户的要求，已推遲若干運往北美和歐盟的貨物。COVID-19爆發使集團的經營環境受到不利影響，且自爆發以來從該等市場產生的收入令人失望。
另一方面，考慮到柬埔寨王國政府近期針對COVID-19爆發所採取遏制冠狀病毒的對策及經集團管理層適當及審慎考慮後，公司董事會決定支持柬埔寨政府推行的該等對策，以及集團於柬埔寨的大部分生產設施將自於2020年3月底起暫時停止運營一至兩個月(除非情況改善早於預期)。為繼續促進預防及控制COVID-19爆發並應對因COVID-19爆發影響所造成的市場蕭條，集團管理層認為暫時停止柬埔寨生產設施將符合集團及公司股東的利益。
於停止期間，集團的大部分生產設施營運將關閉。集團已通知客户有關集團暫時停止主要生產設施以及計劃履行訂單可能延遲交付，而相關客户已接受並同意該等可能延遲，並不會因延遲履行訂單而罰款。COVID-19爆發及柬埔寨政府實施的相關措施政策不在集團的控制範圍內；儘管如此，集團仍將努力在可行範圍內恢復生產及交付初始下達訂單。
COVID-19爆發預計將對集團的營運及業務產生不利影響，而柬埔寨工廠暫時停止營運，預計將降低集團的經營現金流量。現時評估或估計其對集團的總體影響還為時過早。根據集團的未經審核財務資料，於柬埔寨製造的產品銷售額佔集團截至2019年12月31日止九個月總收益約90％。
與此同時，集團將大幅加強控制措施(包括成控制)，以減輕COVID-19爆發的不利影響。作為減輕COVID-19爆發對集團影響的措施，集團管理層將降薪50%，為成削減計劃的第一步作出表率。集團將繼續監察COVID-19爆發的情況，以及集團因爆發所面臨的風險及不確定性，並按需通過公告進一步更新資料。
