弘陽地產(01996.HK)公佈年度業績:實現到全國性房企全面轉變 核心淨利潤升25.8%及派息11.1分
格隆匯3月25日丨弘陽地產(01996.HK)公佈截至2019年12月31日止年度業績,公司營業額為人民幣151.7億元,較2018年增加64.2%;淨利潤為人民幣16.36億元,較2018年增加23.6%,淨利潤率達10.8%;核心淨利潤較2018年增加25.8%至人民幣14.15億元,末期股息為每股人民幣11.1分。
報告期內,集團實現累計合約銷售金額人民幣651.5億元,同比大幅增加37.6%,累計實現銷售面積490.5萬平方米,同比大幅增長39.0%。實現確認銷售收入人民幣151.70億元,同比大幅增長64.2%。
報告期末,集團土地儲備總建築面積約為1693.2萬平方米,同比增加29.4%,為未來發展提供了充足的支持。其中於2019年12月31日,已竣工物業52.2萬平方米,持做投資的可租用面積70.25萬平方米,開發中物業1571萬平方米。
此外,集團財務政策穩健,債務水平穩定,規模和利潤均衡增長。截至2019年12月31日,集團的淨負債率為70.4%,手頭現金餘額躍升35.2%至人民幣168.4億元,營運資金充足,財務狀況健康。
公司稱,集團為深耕長三角,並進行全國化佈局的綜合性房企。報告期內,公司繼續推進“做透大江蘇、深耕長三角、佈局都市圈”的佈局策略。2019年拓展了全國多個都市圈的核心城市,同時持續推進重點區域的深耕,進一步拓展了戰略縱深,實現從區域性房企到全國性房企的全面轉變。
