易華錄(300212.SZ)擬增加經營範圍“經營電信業務”
格隆匯3月25日丨易華錄(300212.SZ)公佈，公司第四屆董事會第三十五次會議審議通過了《關於變更公司經營範圍的議案》和《關於修訂<公司章程>及辦理工商登記變更事宜的議案》，上述議案已經提交公司2020年第一次臨時股東大會審議通過。
根據工信部最新要求，已獲得增值電信許可證、IDC、ISP牌照的公司，需在營業執照經營範圍中增加“經營電信業務”字樣。易華錄於2018年10月17日已獲得《增值電信業務經營許可證》，據此，公司擬對經營範圍進行變更，具體內容如下：
原經營範圍：施工總承包；專業承包；勞務分包；互聯網信息服務；第二類增值電信業務中的信息服務業務(不含互聯網信息服務)；技術開發、技術諮詢、技術推廣、技術轉讓、技術服務；計算機系統服務；計算機軟件開發；數據處理；軟件服務；智慧城市、智能交通項目諮詢、規劃、設計；交通智能化工程及產品研發；銷售計算機軟硬件及輔助設備、交通智能化設備、工業自動化控制設備、自行開發的產品；承接工業控制與自動化系統工程、計算機通訊工程、智能樓宇及數據中心計算機系統工程；通訊設備銷售；安全技術防範工程的設計、維護；產品設計；生產存儲設備(限在外埠從事生產活動)；貨物進出口；技術進出口；代理進出口。
