華西股份(000936.SZ)：一村資本擬3600萬元受讓華西集團所持大唐同威12%合夥份額
格隆匯3月25日丨華西股份(000936.SZ)公佈，公司控股子公司一村資本、前海同威擬與公司控股股東華西集團簽署《關於深圳市大唐同威高技術創業投資基金(有限合夥)之合夥份額轉讓協議》，約定由一村資本、前海同威以現金方式受讓華西集團持有的大唐同威16%的合夥份額(對應的出資額為4000萬元)，交易總額為4800萬元。
其中，以3600萬元的價款向一村資本轉讓12%的合夥份額(對應的出資額為3000萬元)，以1200萬元的價款向前海同威轉讓4%的合夥份額(對應的出資額為1000萬元)。
大唐同威經營範圍包括創業投資業務；創業投資諮詢業務；為創業企業提供創業管理服務業務。截止2019年12月31日，大唐同威在投項目5個：
(1)深圳市紫光照明技術股份有限公司，主營業務是特殊照明燈具的開發、製造以及銷售。大唐同威於2015年7月對該項目投資2200萬元，佔股10.00%。截止目前大唐同威佔股7.20%。
(2)北京點石經緯科技有限公司，主營業務為自主研發並推出實現資源數字化、應用數據化的OKAY智慧教育平台，是一家專門面向K12領域從事ToB業務的教育硬件和服務開發的公司。大唐同威於2016年5月對該項目投資2000萬元，佔股4.00%。截止目前大唐同威佔股2.83%。
(3)上海安暢網絡科技股份有限公司，主營業務是雲計算SAAS、數據中心IDC業務，大唐同威於2017年2月對該項目投資1500萬元，截止目前大唐同威佔股4.54%。
(4)常州匯嘉宏網絡科技有限公司，主營業務是計算機網絡及軟件的開發，大唐同威於2017年3月對該項目投資500萬元，佔股5.38%。
(5)大唐融合通信股份有限公司，主營業務是軟件和信息技術服務業的服務提供商，大唐同威於2018年1月對該項目投資4320萬元，佔股6.78%。
公司表示，此次交易將為公司創造新的利潤增長點，有利於公司的長遠發展。
