都市麗人(02298.HK)公佈全年業績 全面推動轉型變革 積極改善業務表現 毛利達9.23億元
2020年3月25日，中國最大品牌貼身衣物企業-都市麗人(中國)控股有限公司(02298.HK)公佈截至2019年12月31日止年度業績，公司於2019年的收入達40.82億元，期間毛利達9.23億元。毛利率下跌至約22.6%（2018年：41.7%），大幅下跌主要是由於一次性約人民幣7.38億元的舊存貨減值撥備所致。若撇除這特殊項目，毛利率約為40.7%，下跌主要是由於市場競爭激烈及向客户提供更高折扣所致。
2019年是充滿挑戰的一年。在經濟疲軟的背景下，中國的零售市場面臨着前所未有的挑戰，其中包括快速變化的消費模式、更多樣化的消費者喜好以及技術驅動的創新帶來的種種挑戰。中國國家統計局數據顯示，2019年服裝行業的工業增加值增長率為0.9%，較上年下降3.5%，而規模以上服裝企業的累計完成服裝產量於年內下滑3.3%。
為了改善業務表現，集團已採取多項措施，於2019年下半年委任於國內零售行業有豐富經驗的蕭家樂先生為新行政總裁及其他高級管理人員，以領導及帶動集團的策略措施，並加強集團的執行能力及效率；及於2019年8月長期聘任波士頓諮詢公司，一家國際性領先的諮詢公司，以檢討集團的整體運營策略、主要品牌運營模式、庫存管理、優化管理組織架構、全渠道零售管理、優化直營門店的結構，制定集團的業務策略和戰略落地及各項措施的優先次序。
集團決定在2019年11月和12月提出一項轉型計劃：迴歸專注實用、功能和性價比較高的產品；於2019年12月聯合新代言人關曉彤小姐推出“做自己的偶像”為主題的新商業廣告，以推廣新設計的優質產品；於2019年第四季度開設六間以“家庭生活理念”為主題的購物中心門店和於2019年12月以全新的形象開設和翻新第七代貼身衣物門店，以吸引消費者；加大對電商渠道和騰訊小程式的投資，以打破線上和線下營銷之間的界限並實現全渠道營銷；拓展業務版圖至國內低線城市以填補市場缺口；建立具規模的渠道以清理舊和過期存貨（例如特賣場和折扣店）以長期維持存貨在健康水平；優化加盟商的結構，並開拓潛在的東南亞市場；及嚴控成本、優化組織架構和削減非必要的費用。董事會相信上述措施將逐步恢復集團及其加盟商的穩健增長及盈利能力。
都市麗人主席鄭耀南先生表示：過去快速的網絡擴張促使集團獲得成功，取得市場領導地位。然而，集團各個加盟商的零售和補貨能力良莠不齊，加上國內貼身衣物市場的銷售渠道多元化、產品質量及產品組合方面的結構性調整導致集團的直營店及加盟店存貨囤積。此外，集團先前採用的若干業務策略（例如專注於快時尚性感的貼身衣物產品）未能滿足大部分女性消費者對實用、功能和性價比較高的產品的需求。因此，門店的生產力及盈利能力受到不利影響，並使到集團以及其加盟商的財務狀況轉弱。
面對上述挑戰並把握機遇。集團已制定並正在實施各種轉型及重組措施和舉措。集團亦將於2020年涉足個人衞生業務，優質口罩及抗菌貼身衣物產品（包括文胸、內褲、背心和家居服）將於2020年第二季或下半年投放市場。此外，集團於可預見的未來亦將推出空氣消毒淨化液和噴霧。公司認為，這些舉措可以拓展公司的產品組合，日後為股東帶來豐碩回報。
