格隆匯3月25日丨大新金融(00440.HK)發佈公告,截至2019年12月31日止年度,公司營運收入59.26億港元,同比減少3.6%;淨利息收入41.25億港元,同比減少2.1%;公司股東應占溢利17.08億港元,同比減少10.8%;每股盈利5.28港元,末期股息每股1.08港元。
期間收入普遍疲軟,淨利息收入、服務費及佣金收入及買賣收入均取得跌幅。儘管總體業務增長,淨利息收入因淨息差受壓下降2.2%。主要由於市況疲弱,以及經紀及證券相關收入減少,淨服務費及佣金收入輕微下跌略多於1%。而淨買賣收入大幅下跌,主要由於2018年錄得若干非經常性交易收益。
