寶新金融(01282.HK)年度淨利預增不低於30%
格隆匯3月24日丨寶新金融(01282.HK)公告,根據對集團截至2019年12月31日止年度未經審核綜合管理賬目及現有可得資料初步審閲,截至2019年12月31日止年度純利預期將超出9億港元,與去年同期相比,錄得不低於30%增長。
集團純利增加乃主要由於(i)將寶新置地集團有限公司(股份代號:00299)的業務併入集團所產生的議價收購及(ii)集團完成收購一批於中國南寧市持有土地開發項目的房地產開發公司後,房地產及物業投資分部的銷售收入及利潤增加。
