格隆匯3月24日丨國泰君安(601211.SH)發佈2019年年度報告，實現營業收入299.49億元，同比增加31.83%；歸屬於上市公司所有者的淨利潤86.37億元，同比增加28.76%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤81.63億元，同比增長40.57%；基本每股收益0.90元，擬每10股分配現金紅利3.9元(含税)。
截至2019年末，集團總資產為5593.14億元，較上年末增加28.07%；歸屬上市公司所有者的權益為1375.01億元，較上年末增長11.38%。
報告期內，手續費及佣金淨收入102.86億元，佔營業收入的34.35%；投資收益73.11億元，佔營業收入的24.41%，利息淨收入52.27億元，佔營業收入的17.45%。
集團營業支出184.90億元，較上年增加50.59億元，增幅為37.67%。其中業務及管理費115.94億元，佔比62.70%，其他業務成本46.89億元，佔比25.36%，信用減值損失20.50億元，佔比11.08%。2019年度，費用收入比38.71%，較2018年度降低6.36個百分點。
報告期末，集團企業機構客户數約4.3萬户，較上年末增長22%。個人金融賬户數約1354萬户，較上年末增長6.7%。
報告期末，國泰君安資管的資產管理規模為6974億元、較上年末減少7.1%，其中，主動管理資產規模4200億元、較上年末增加35.2%，主動管理佔比提升至60.2%。根據證券業協會的統計，2019年末，國泰君安資管資產管理業務受託資金規模排名行業第3位。
2019年，華安基金推動創新業務發展，優化產品線佈局，產品首發規模顯著增長，主動權益產品加權回報率居行業前列。期末管理資產規模4092億元，同比增長16.1%，其中公募基金管理規模3517億元、較上年末增加27.6%。
