金山辦公(688111.SH)：董事長葛珂辭去其兼任的總經理一職 聘章慶元為總經理
格隆匯3月24日丨金山辦公(688111.SH)公佈，為了進一步加強公司管理團隊建設，提升公司戰略管理水平，公司董事長兼總經理葛珂於近日向董事會遞交書面辭職報告，辭去其兼任的公司總經理一職。
董事會經研究，同意葛珂辭去其兼任的總經理職務。此次辭職後，葛珂仍擔任公司董事長，及公司董事會戰略委員會委員、提名委員會委員、薪酬與考核委員會委員職務。
葛珂自公司成立以來一直擔任公司董事長兼總經理，全面負責公司業務，實現公司收入和用户規模的快速增長，並完成公司全面向移動互聯網及雲服務轉型的整體運作。上市以後，公司業務規模不斷壯大，進入了新的發展階段。不再兼任公司總經理後，葛珂將投入更多精力於公司戰略籌劃及資本運作等工作。
經葛珂董事長提名，第二屆董事會提名委員會2020年第一次會議審查，第二屆董事會第六次會議審議通過了《關於公司董事長不再兼任總經理及聘任總經理的議案》，董事會決定聘任章慶元為公司總經理，任期自董事會審議通過之日起至本屆董事會屆滿為止，章慶元不再擔任公司副總經理職務。
章慶元自2000年加入公司以來，先後負責技術研發、運營等工作，章慶元擔任總經理後，將全面負責公司日常運營管理工作。
公告顯示，章慶元，中國國籍，無境外永久居留權，1977年8月出生，本科學歷。章慶元先生於1998年至2000年，擔任上海市城市信息地理研究中心項目經理；2000年起就職於金山軟件，從事WPS的研發，歷任金山軟件WPS事業部技術總監，珠海金山辦公高級副總裁兼首席技術官。2015年11月起，章慶元先生擔任發行人董事、珠海金山辦公首席運營官。
章慶元是WPS Office辦公軟件第六代研發程序員的領軍人物，為WPS Office的技術創新設計作出了突出貢獻，其主持研發的WPS Office 2005辦公軟件產品曾獲“國家科技進步二等獎”。此外，章慶元曾獲得第十一屆中國青年“五四”獎章、“中國電子學會2015年科技進步一等獎”。
