格隆匯3月23日丨順豐控股(002352.SZ)披露2019年年度報告,實現營業收入1121.93億元,同比增長23.37%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤57.97億元,同比增長27.23%;歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤42.08億元,同比增長20.79%;基本每股收益1.32元,擬每10股派發現金紅利2.7元(含税)。經營活動產生的現金流量淨額91.21億元,同比增長67.11%。
受到國際形勢不明朗及國內市場需求增速放緩的影響,2019年上半年公司傳統產品收入增速放緩。公司適時調整策略,積極應對市場變化,下半年開始業務量和收入增長加速;同時公司新業務持續高速增長,兩者共同保障了公司2019年度穩健的收入增長及健康的盈利水平。
營業收入方面:2019年,公司速運物流業務實現件量48.31億票,同比增長25.84%,實現速運物流及供應鏈收入1109.01億元,同比增長23.67%,實現總營業收入1121.93億元,同比增長23.37%。為應對消費結構調整帶來的市場需求變化,公司適時調整產品策略,針對特定市場及客户推出新產品,實現傳統業務增量增收,2019年下半年速運物流及供應鏈收入實現遠高於行業平均的增長率。同時,公司快運、冷運及醫藥、國際、同城、供應鏈等新業務持續發力,新業務收入佔整體營業收入的比重進一步上升至25.63%,新業務收入的快速增長拉動公司整體營業收入增長。
利潤方面:2019年,公司實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤57.97億元,同比增長27.23%,實現扣除非經常性損益後歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤42.08億元,同比增長20.79%。一方面,公司前期通過推動網絡資源融合、科技賦能經營,有效地提升營運效能及資源使用率,同時通過有效的成本管控措施,降本增效取得階段性成果;另一方面,公司推出新的經濟快遞產品(特惠專配)取得超預期增長,但四季度旺季高峯件量激增帶來較多臨時資源投入;同時,公司經濟件、快運、同城等業務伴隨市場擴張在進一步擴大網絡覆蓋,規模效益將進入新一輪爬坡期,因此影響公司2019年整體毛利率較上年度稍微下降0.50個百分點。此外,受益於公司數字化、智能化、可視化科技技術投入,有效助力管理效率提高、實現組織精簡,管理成本得以優化。綜上影響,公司2019年扣除非經常性損益後歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利率較上年度稍微下降0.08個百分點。
報告期末,公司實現總資產925.35億元,較2018年末增長28.94%。得益於2019年穩定、健康的盈利貢獻,公司報告期末歸屬於上市公司股東的淨資產424.20億元,較2018年末增長15.55%。公司報告期末的資產負債率略有上升,由2018年12月31日時點的48.35%上升至2019年12月31日時點的54.08%,但仍保持健康的負債水平,財務狀況穩健、樂觀。
