江化微(603078.SH)擬向銀行借款合計5500萬元
格隆匯3月23日丨江化微(603078.SH)公佈,公司於2020年3月23日與江蘇銀行股份有限公司江陰支行及寧波銀行股份有限公司無錫分行簽署借款合同,本次借款借據金額分別為4000萬元人民幣及1500萬元人民幣,借款期限均為自2020年3月23日起至2021年3月22日止,借款利息分別為4.35%及3.915%。本次借款有利於公司的流動資金週轉,提高公司整體的經營業績,對公司業務的快速開展起推動作用。
