格隆匯3月23日丨中國鋁業(02600.HK)發佈公告,中國鋁業股份有限公司2020年公開發行公司債券(第二期)為此前獲准發行債券的第四期發行。根據《中國鋁業股份有限公司2020年公開發行公司債券(第二期)發行公告》,該期債券期限為3年期(債券簡稱:20中鋁02,債券代碼:163312)。該期債券發行價格為每張100元,採取網下面向合格投資者簿記建檔的方式發行。
該期公司債券發行工作已於2020年3月20日結束,債券最終發行規模為人民幣10億元,最終票面利率為3.05%。
