卓易信息(688258.SH)擬增加經營範圍“第一類增值電信業務”
格隆匯3月20日丨卓易信息(688258.SH)公佈，公司於2020年3月20日以現場和通訊相結合的方式召開了第三屆董事會第五次會議，審議通過了《關於增加公司經營範圍並修訂<公司章程>的議案》。
按照工信部通信管理局相關要求，公司在申請換領第一類增值電信業務許可證(全國範圍)前，需要進行工商經營範圍的變更，增加“第一類增值電信業務”表述。公司擬對《公司章程》中涉及經營範圍的條款進行修訂，具體修訂如下：
修訂前：第十三條經依法登記，公司的經營範圍是：軟件的技術開發、技術轉讓、技術諮詢、技術服務(不含互聯網信息服務)；計算機系統集成；數據處理；計算機維修；建築智能化工程設計與施工，城市及道路照明工程專業承包，電子工程專業承包，安全防範工程設計與施工(以上範圍憑有效資質證書經營)；承包與其實力、規模、業績相適應的國外工程項目；對外派遣實施上述境外工程所需的勞務人員；設計、製作、代理和發佈各類廣告；科技企業孵化；培訓服務(不含發證、不含國家統一認可的職業證書類培訓)；企業徵信業務；在江蘇省範圍內從事第一類增值電信業務中的互聯網數據中心業務(不含互聯網資源協作)；計算機硬件租賃(不含融資性租賃)；自有房屋租賃；通用機械及配件、五金產品、電子產品、醫療器械的銷售；利用自有資金對外投資；自營和代理各類商品及技術的進出口業務(國家限定企業經營或禁止進出口的商品和技術除外)。
