永東股份(002753.SZ):東方富海擬減持不超2%股份
格隆匯3月20日丨永東股份(002753.SZ)公佈,公司於2020年3月19日接到公司持股5%以上的股東深圳市東方富海投資管理股份有限公司(以下簡稱“東方富海”,截至本公告日,東方富海持有公司股份4049.985萬股,佔公司總股本比例10.79%。)的通知,東方富海計劃在本次減持股份的預披露公告發布之日起15個交易日之後的六個月內以集中競價方式減持不超過公司股本總數的2%(即不超過750.88萬股),且在任意連續90個自然日內減持數量不得超過公司股本總數的1%(即不超過375.44萬股)。
