《 大行報告》匯豐研究下調萬科(02202.HK)目標價至30.6元 評級「買入」
匯豐研究發表報告表示,萬科(02202.HK)去年核心利潤按年升9%,差過該行及市場預期,且削減派息比率至30%更是令人失望。面對疫情持續,萬科暫時關閉了銷售辦事處,但管理層仍然有信心今年銷售規模能保持去年之水平。
該行認為,即使萬科管理層希望合同銷售能夠追上,但很難逆轉施工進度緩慢的影響,因此下調其今年核心盈利預測11%至430億元人民幣,目標價相應由37.4元降至30.6元,相當較每股資產淨值折讓40%,維持對其「買入」評級。
