格隆匯3月19日丨香港小輪(集團)(00050.HK)公佈,截至2019年12月31日止12個月,集團實現營業收入2.99億港元,同比減少72.55%;公司權益股東應占溢利1.36億港元,同比減少60.42%;基本每股盈利0.38港元。末期股息每股港幣28仙。
錄得收益減少主要由於年內集團未有住宅單位出售所致。集團所有住宅物業於2018年已悉數全部售出。於回顧年內,集團溢利主要來自商舖及商場租金收入,而年內集團租金收入,尚幸未受到上述不利因素影響。
