PERFECTECH INTL(00765.HK):預計2019年度虧損擴大45%至55%
格隆匯3月19日丨PERFECTECH INTL(00765.HK)發佈公告,集團預期截至2019年12月31日止年度錄得的綜合淨虧損較2018年度增加介乎45%至55%。
公告表示,上述變動主要由於行政開支增加,原因為(其中包括)(i)集團將生產廠房由深圳遷往中山產生員工賠償款項約港幣1950萬元及(ii)公司建議收購事項產生法律及專業費用約港幣1000萬元。
此外,集團持有的投資物業的公允價值變動導致集團2019年度產生虧損約港幣300萬元。
