一心堂(002727.SZ)擬增加經營範圍“家用電器銷售”等
格隆匯3月19日丨一心堂(002727.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年3月19日召開第五屆董事會第二次會議審議通過了《關於調整經營範圍並修訂<公司章程>的議案》，同意在公司原經營範圍中增加“代理銷售單用途商業預付卡(嚴禁涉及第三方支付等金融活動)；商務代理代辦服務；票務代理服務；職業中介活動；呼叫中心服務；家用電器銷售。”，並對《公司章程》中相應的內容進行修訂。
變更前經營範圍：藥品(根據《藥品經營許可證》核定的經營範圍和時限開展經營活動)、I、II、III類醫療器械(憑許可證經營)、食品銷售(憑許可證經營)、消毒產品、農副產品、日用百貨、化粧品、食品添加劑、寵物用品、紡織、服裝及家庭用品、文化、體育用品及器材、礦產品、建材及化工產品、機械設備、五金產品及電子產品的批發、零售；眼鏡的加工、驗配、銷售；互聯網藥品交易服務(向個人消費者提供藥品)；互聯網信息服務(憑許可證經營)；互聯網銷售商品；包裝、倉儲、軟件和信息技術、人力資源、會議及展覽、企業管理、經濟信息諮詢、母嬰保健服務；家政服務；其他服務；受委託代收費；設計、製作、代理、發佈國內各類廣告；貿易經紀與代理；國內貿易、物資供銷；項目投資及對所投資項目進行管理；組織文化藝術交流活動；裝卸搬運和運輸代理；機械設備租賃；房屋租賃；電子產品和日用產品修理；職業技能培訓；貨物及技術進出口；中藥材種植。門診醫療服務(限分支機構憑許可證經營)、養老院經營管理、醫院管理、康復中心管理、健康管理諮詢，醫療器械租賃服務。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)
