保誠(02378.HK)：保誠泰國與TMB訂立15年戰略銀行保險合作關係
格隆匯3月19日丨保誠(02378.HK)公佈，Prudential plc旗下附屬公司Prudential Life Assurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited（保誠泰國）已與TMB BankPublic Company Limited（TMB）訂立初步為期15年的戰略銀行保險合作關係，以向TMB龐大且不斷增長的客户羣提供保誠一系列領先的健康及財富解決方案。
新協議將保誠與Thanachart Bank的成功合作關係極大地擴展和延伸至TMB Bank。合併後的TMB Bank成為泰國的第六大銀行（按存款計算）及第四大銀行（按分行計算）。
據悉，泰國是東盟第二大壽險市場及最大的互惠基金市場，藴藏巨大的增長潛力。銀行保險合作關係不但與保誠在互惠基金市場前五的市場地位高度互補，同時亦強化保誠透過旗下合營企業資產管理合作關係與TMB建立的牢固關係（保誠在泰國互惠基金市場佔據12%的份額）。合併後，合作雙方目前共享一個高質素平台，為900萬名TMB客户（佔泰國成年人口的17%）提供一流、綜合的健康及財富解決方案。
此外，保誠透過Prudential Life Assurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited於泰國市場開展業務，至今已超過24年。保誠為超過160萬名泰國客户提供服務，代客户管理資產逾1,120億泰銖。2019年，泰國業務的《國際財務報告準則》經營溢利增長8%至1.70億美元，壽險加權保費增長8%至6.19億美元。
公司稱，與TMB的新戰略合作關係有助保誠泰國在壽險市場實現規模化及佈局，與其致力成為業界翹楚的目標相符，亦與TMB鋭意成為客户生活中的合作伙伴以便提供一系列保險解決方案及數碼服務的目標高度一致。英國保誠集團亞洲執行總裁Nic Nicandrou表示：公司很高興能夠與TMB訂立長期戰略壽險合作伙伴關係，進一步加強公司在泰國的資產管理關係。此項合作將TMB對當地市場的獨到見解及在當地市場無可比擬的覆蓋網絡與保誠在壽險、健康及儲蓄解決方案領域豐富的專業知識相結合，為泰國市民提供一個快速增長及不斷擴展的數碼平台和一流的綜合解決方案，以保障他們的家人及增加他們的財富。公司亦樂意投資當地資本市場及創造大量就業機會，以推動泰國的經濟和社會發展。
