格隆匯3月18日丨碧桂園服務(06098.HK)公告,截至2019年12月31日止年度,公司收入人民幣96.45億元,增幅約106.3%,剔除三供一業業務分部因素後,年內收入81.3億元,增幅約73.9%;毛利30.52億元,增幅約73.3%。
年內淨利潤17.18億元,增幅約83.9%。淨利潤率則由2018年同期約20.0%下降2.2個百分點至約17.8%。由於集團主要附屬公司的過往年度一次性超額撥備約人民幣5830萬元在2018年予以撥回,剔除上述所得税回撥及三供一業業務分部因素後,集團淨利潤增至約人民幣16.71億元,增幅約89.4%。淨利潤率則由2018年同期約18.9%上升1.7個百分點至約20.6%。
該年度公司股東應占利潤增至約人民幣16.71億元,增幅約81.0%。剔除2018年因2017年所得税回撥因素後,公司股東應占利潤增至約人民幣16.71億元,增幅約93.2%;每股基本盈利62.73分,末期股息為每股人民幣15.14分。
截至2019年12月31日,集團的銀行存款及現金總額約人民幣69.26億元(2018年12月31日:約人民幣38.74億元)。集團的經營活動所得現金淨額增至約人民幣32.57億元,增幅約110.3%,本期經營活動所得現金淨額是年內淨利潤的1.9倍(2018年12月31日:1.7倍)。
此外,截至2019年12月31日,集團除三供一業業務外的物業服務收費管理面積由2018年12月31日約1.815億平方米增加約9460萬平方米至約2.76億平方米。集團除三供一業業務外的物業服務合同管理面積由2018年12月31日約5.05億平方米增加約1.8億平方米至6.85億平方米。另外,截至2019年12月31日,三供一業業務的物業服務的收費管理面積及合同管理面積均為8490萬平方米。
