順絡電子(002138.SZ):擬投建上海松江區及深圳龍華區項目
格隆匯3月16日丨順絡電子(002138.SZ)公佈,公司已於2020年3月15日召開第五屆董事會第二十九次會議審議通過了《關於公司及全資子公司投資建設的議案》,該議案尚需提交公司2019年年度股東大會審議。該事項不屬於關聯交易,
(一)項目實施主體為順絡(上海)電子有限公司,建設宗地名稱為松江區鬆開IV-169號地塊;宗地編號為201817463634460239,宗地總面積為57,707.2平方米;地上主體建築物性質為工業建築;地上附屬建築物性質為與工業生產相關的配套設施;地上建築容積率為1.0;
投資金額:投資固定資產總額不低於人民幣約28.49億元,投資強度不低於每平方米人民幣49373元。固定資產總投資包括建築物、構築物及其附屬設施、設備投資和土地轉讓價款等。
達產目標:本項目在交地後3.5年內(即2022年10月11日之前)將達到達產銷售收入不低於每年人民幣約29.56億元,達產税收總額不低於每年人民幣8400萬元,達產税收產出強度不低於每年每平方米人民幣1456元。
(二)項目實施主體為深圳順絡電子股份有限公司,地塊位置為龍華區福城街道,宗地號為A931-0069,准入產業為新一代信息技術產業,土地用途為普通工業用地(M1),總用地面積13,971.22平方米;
投資金額:宗地的項目總投資額不低於人民幣12.6億元;項目固定資產投資強度(項目固定資產投資額/項目建設用地面積)不低於人民幣90000萬元/公頃,土地產出率(項目年增加值/項目建設用地面積)人民幣40000萬元/公頃,項目增加值能耗(項目年能耗總值/項目年增加值)不高於0.100噸標準煤/萬元。
項目簽署土地合同的當年在深圳市龍華區納統產值(營業收入)不低於人民幣25億元、納税額不低於人民幣2.6億元,週期不滿1年的,按月均值計算。且投產前(含投產當年)在深圳市龍華區年均納統產值(營業收入)不低於人民幣29億元、年均納税不低於人民幣2.85億元。週期不滿1年的,按月均值計算。
