《大行報告》大和:債息及油價下跌 利好本地公用股
大和發表報告指,於油價和債息下挫及新型肺炎的持續影響下,相信投資者將維持具防守性的投資,建議持有本港公用股及沽出油股,相關投資策略今年已累積35%至40%回報。報告建議吸納電能實業(00006.HK),指其股息率高達5.1%,為公用股中最高。另外粵投(00270.HK)股息率亦提升30點子,亦為該行偏好股份,其供水業務穩健。長建(01038.HK)亦為估值吸引之選。該行建議沽出的股份則包括中海油(00883.HK)及宏華集團(00196.HK)。
