大連電瓷(002606.SZ)擬定增募資不超3.6億元 用於補充流動資金
格隆匯3月9日丨大連電瓷(002606.SZ)披露2020年度非公開發行股票預案,擬非公開發行股票數量不超過7611萬股,非公開發行股票數量上限未超過此次發行前公司總股本的30%;發行價為4.73元/股。
發行對象共5名,分別為應堅、杭實股權投資基金管理(杭州)有限公司(代“杭實大瓷發展股權投資合夥企業”)、劉桂雪、武楊、林應,發行對象均以現金方式認購公司此次非公開發行的股份。
募集資金總額不超過3.6億元,扣除發行費用後將全額用於補充公司流動資金。
