宜安科技(300328.SZ)與三祥鋯鎂簽署非晶合金(液態金屬)項目合作投資協議
格隆匯3月6日丨宜安科技(300328.SZ)公佈，為推動宜安科技與三祥新材的戰略合作，2020年3月6日，公司與三祥新材對外投資設立的產業基金寧德三祥鋯鎂產業股權投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(“三祥鋯鎂”或“甲方”)簽署《非晶合金(液態金屬)項目合作投資協議》，雙方同意合作投資非晶合金(液態金屬)項目，該項目註冊資本金額為人民幣1億元。三祥鋯鎂、宜安科技以60%：40%的比例共同投資非晶合金(液態金屬)項目，即三祥鋯鎂投資6000萬元、宜安科技投資4000萬元。此次雙方合作投資的非晶合金(液態金屬)項目的實施主體為雙方合資設立的寧德三祥液態金屬科技有限公司(“寧德三祥”或“目標公司”或“合資公司”)(暫定名，最終以工商註冊登記為準)。
寧德三祥液態金屬科技有限公司經營範圍：稀有稀土金屬壓延加工，非晶合金(液態金屬)的開發、生產、銷售。
非晶合金(液態金屬)具有優異的軟磁性、抗腐蝕、高彈性、高強度、高硬度、耐磨擦等性能，廣泛應用於智能手機等消費電子產品、新能源汽車、醫療、軍事及航空航天等領域，具有良好的市場前景。目前，鋯基非晶合金是市場上得到實際應用的主要非晶合金之一。
宜安科技作為行業內較早進行液態金屬研發的企業，擁有中國最大規模生產鋯基非晶合金的生產線，具備生產非晶合金設備製造、材料的精煉、模具製造、精密加工及表面處理能力，具有非晶合金成熟的生產工藝和技術，享有非晶合金生產的相關技術和專利，技術水平同行業領先。
三祥鋯鎂是一家以投資三祥新材相關特色行業為主的產業基金，依託三祥新材在鋯系製品領域的技術、工藝、經驗、原材料等行業優勢，同時充分利用基金管理團隊的專業投資經驗、完善的風險控制體系和資源整合優勢，為三祥新材產業發展導入優質投資項目。
