西隴科學(002584.SZ)就增加經營範圍“消毒產品的生產銷售” 完成工商變更登記
格隆匯3月6日丨西隴科學(002584.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年2月13日召開的第四屆董事會第二十次會議和2020年3月2日召開的2020年第二次臨時股東大會審議通過了《關於增加經營範圍暨修訂<公司章程>的議案》，鑑於公司獲得了廣東省衞生健康委員會頒發的《消毒產品生產企業衞生許可證》，根據當前市場需求並結合公司經營實際，同意增加經營範圍“消毒產品”(最終以市場監督管理部門核准內容為準)，並對《公司章程》中相應內容進行修訂。
公司完成了相關工商變更登記手續，並於近日取得了汕頭市市場監督管理局換髮的《營業執照》。其經營範圍：化工產品及化學試劑【涉及危險化學品項目按危險化學品安全生產許可證粵汕危化生字【2018】0005號許可項目生產，有效期至2021年8月9日】、藥品、化學肥料、塑料製品的生產；食品添加劑的生產、銷售；銷售（不帶有儲存設施經營）：3-氨基丙烯（107-11-9）等74種劇毒化學品、高錳酸鉀（7722-64-7）等68種易制爆化學品（危險化學品經營許可證汕應經（A）字【2019】0015號，期限至2022年8月25日）；銷售（不帶有儲存設施經營）：危險化學品經營品種見許可證汕金應急經（B）字【2019】0001號核准項目經營（期限至2022年8月18日）、日用化學品、玻璃器皿、五金、交電、實驗儀器、儀器設備、辦公用品、日用百貨、辦公傢俱的銷售、食品銷售；醫療器械的研發、醫療器械的生產、醫療器械的經營；室內設計裝修；設備維修；廠房租賃；再生資源回收、加工（不含固體廢物、危險廢物、報廢汽車等需經相關部門批准的項目）；貴金屬製品的製造、加工、銷售；稀有金屬及其化合物的銷售；消毒產品的生產銷售；貨物的進出口、技術的進出口。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)
