新希望(000876.SZ)擬斥43.59億元建設廣東韶關等10個生豬養殖項目
格隆匯3月5日丨新希望(000876.SZ)公佈，公司第八屆董事會第十二次會議於2020年3月5日以通訊表決方式召開。此次會議審議通過了《關於繼續加大生豬養殖投資的議案》，公司決定繼續加大在生豬養殖業務的投資力度，建設10個生豬養殖項目，項目總投資額為43.59億元。
項目1：廣東韶關新建年出欄85萬頭生豬養殖項目：總投資12.55億元，其中固定資產投資8.76億元，生物性資產和流動資金投資3.795億元。
項目2：湖北孝感新建年出欄50萬頭生豬養殖項目：總投資7.59億元，其中固定資產投資5.28億元，生物性資產和流動資金投資2.31億元。
項目3：山東菏澤新建年出欄20萬頭生豬養殖項目：總投資2.6億元，其中固定資產投資1.78億元，生物性資產和流動資金投資8250萬元。
項目4：廣東清遠新建年出欄35萬頭生豬養殖項目：總投資5.09億元，其中固定資產投資3.6億元，生物性資產和流動資金投資1.49億元。
項目5：廣東湛江新建年出欄35萬頭生豬養殖項目：總投資5.08億元，其中固定資產投資3.6億元，生物性資產和流動資金投資1.49億元。
項目6：廣西南寧武鳴新建年出欄15萬頭生豬養殖項目：總投資2.11億元，其中固定資產投資1.7億元，生物性資產和流動資金投資4125萬元。
項目7：廣西南寧西盛新建年出欄19萬頭生豬養殖項目：總投資2.33億元，其中固定資產投資1.88億元，生物性資產和流動資金投資4575萬元。
項目8：貴州畢節新建年出欄15萬頭生豬養殖項目：總投資1.96億元，其中固定資產投資1.59億元，生物性資產和流動資金投資3675萬元。
項目9：河北保定新建年出欄17萬頭生豬養殖項目：總投資2.29億元，其中固定資產投資1.88億元，生物性資產和流動資金投資4125萬元。
項目10：陝西延安新建年出欄17萬頭生豬養殖項目：總投資1.97億元，其中固定資產投資1.56億元，生物性資產和流動資金投資4125萬元。
該項目的實施有利於進一步提升公司對優勢養殖資源的佔有率，提升公司綜合競爭力與盈利能力，不僅有利於推進公司的區域產業佈局，更能為當地肉品供應和肉品安全提供有效保障，推動當地豬品種改良，促進當地社會經濟的和諧發展。
