東土科技(300353.SZ)與東北大學流程工業綜合自動化國家重點實驗室簽訂合作協議
格隆匯3月5日丨東土科技(300353.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年3月5日與東北大學流程工業綜合自動化國家重點實驗室(“流程實驗室”)簽署了《東北大學流程工業綜合自動化國家重點實驗室與北京東土科技股份有限公司共建“工業互聯網控制系統”合作協議》。此次合作內容如下：
1．成立工業互聯網控制系統聯合實驗室
依託流程實驗室在流程工業自動化領域的長期積累，在應用軟件算法、流程工業應用方面的經驗，和東土科技在軟件定義控制、自主工業操作系統、總線芯片和工業場景產品化能力，成立工業互聯網控制系統聯合實驗室，重點就軟件定義工業控制、運行優化控制、ERP/MES決策與控制一體化、大數據驅動要素管理、人工智能在控制系統中的應用模型等課題進行重點研究，形成工業互聯網控制系統硬件平台、工業互聯網控制系統軟件平台，探索工業互聯網控制系統發展的成功路徑，並由東土科技負責將創新成果轉化為商業化產品和方案。
2．聯合研發工業互聯網控制系統軟件平台和硬件平台產品化項目
雙方聯合開發第四代工業控制系統，即工業互聯網控制系統，推動以智能化為核心的工業互聯網控制系統的成熟應用。
3．共同推進工業互聯網新標準和新架構能夠引領與成為國家標準
未來將憑藉流程實驗室和東土科技的深入實踐形成的工業互聯網控制系統新標準和新架構，雙方共同努力將其推薦為國家標準，提升國內、國際工業互聯網的水平，引領發展。
4．共同推進工業互聯網控制系統在有色、鋼鐵等行業的應用
依託於雙方共同的研究成果，雙方積極將相關的成果推廣應用到冶金、鋼鐵等行業，以產生更大的商業和社會價值。在項目合作模式上，雙方可以各自發揮所長，在項目頂層設計、諮詢、項目實施、後期維護上發揮自己優勢，合作共贏。
5．探索工業互聯網控制系統人才培養
依託於雙方的聯合實驗室和各自的國內外人才平台，以及廣泛的現場應用，通過人才定期交流互訪、人才企業實踐等活動，探索多學科融合人才的培養方式。
6．成果推廣活動
雙方聯合署名發表相關控制系統論文並聯合舉辦推廣研討會。
2019年，公司入圍工業和信息化部認定的製造業單項冠軍企業，公司的“基於軟件定義控制與流程的工業互聯網解決方案”在由工業和信息化部等主辦的首屆中國工業互聯網大賽中榮獲最高榮譽一等獎，體現了業內對公司技術實力的高度認可。東土科技計劃結合東北大學流程工業綜合自動化國家重點實驗室在採礦、冶金領域的突出經驗和研究成果，以及擬收購的北京佰能電氣技術有限公司在冶金行業的技術和客户積累，將軟件定義工業控制的工業互聯網產品解決方案打造成第四代工業互聯網控制系統的樣板工程，推動中國工業互聯網核心技術的產業化，進而加強公司的可持續發展能力，推動公司未來業務發展。
