匯鴻集團(600981.SH)：以77萬元購置一條口罩全自動生產線
格隆匯3月4日丨匯鴻集團(600981.SH)公佈，公司關注到有相關媒體對公司子公司投建口罩生產線發表報道，為便於廣大投資者瞭解公司相關情況，特作如下説明：
為加快集團供應鏈領先企業建設，完成省防疫物資採購小組的物資採購保障任務，共同抗擊疫情，公司全資子公司江蘇匯鴻國際集團醫藥保健品進出口有限公司(“匯鴻醫藥”)以自有資金77萬元購置一條口罩全自動生產線，與無錫市宇壽醫療器械有限公司(“無錫宇壽”)合作生產一次性使用醫用口罩。
無錫宇壽目前已獲得江蘇省藥品監督管理局《江蘇省出口醫用防護服、口罩轉供國內疫情防控應急使用備案批件》，批件號：蘇應20200001號。備案日期2020年1月29日，有效期至2020年4月28日。本次匯鴻醫藥與無錫宇壽合作，其中生產設備由匯鴻醫藥提供，由無錫宇壽進行口罩生產，生產廠房場地由無錫宇壽提供，並配套設備操作人員。產能為日產口罩10萬片。雙方於2020年3月2日簽訂合同，合作約定：投產後該條生產線的首批100萬片口罩的採購權由匯鴻醫藥獲得，於2020年3月17日前交貨完畢。之後合作期內口罩的供應價格，無錫宇壽可根據生產原料熔噴布採購價格的變動相應調整，給予匯鴻醫藥按照口罩市場採購價優惠減讓，並在雙方簽訂的具體採購合同中進行明確約定。合作期三年。
疫情防控期間，公司將根據省防疫物資保障小組的需求，口罩優先供給地方政府防疫保障，其餘部分市場銷售。後續將用於公司的口罩出口和內銷市場。
風險提示如下：
1、投資口罩生產線有利於公司口罩出口業務成本控制和產業鏈延伸，但防護口罩不是公司及子公司的主要產品，目前該類業務營收對匯鴻醫藥營收佔比較小，對公司及子公司經營業績不構成重大影響。
2、目前無錫宇壽應急生產資質將在2020年4月28日到期。該資質到期後如未獲得延期，將不能生產醫用口罩。無錫宇壽將及時申請正式的醫療器械註冊證，如無法獲得相關資質，將生產民用防護口罩。
3、隨着市場口罩生產產能逐步釋放，口罩未來下游需求和銷售存在不確定性，可能會造成口罩的產銷率、產能利用率不及預期。
