創科實業(00669.HK)年度純利增長11.3%至6.15億美元 末期息58港仙
格隆匯3月4日丨創科實業(00669.HK)發佈年度業績，截至2019年12月31日止年度，公司實現營業額76.67億美元，同比增長9.2%；毛利28.93億美元，同比增長10.6%；公司股東應占溢利6.15億美元，同比增長11.3%；每股基本盈利33.67美仙；擬派發末期股息每股58.00港仙(約7.46美仙)。
公告表示，報告期內，公司實現營業額較2018年增加9.2%，按當地貨幣計算增長10.7%。達致持續增長背後的決定性因素乃在於公司在充電式產品的領導地位。公司進一步投資核心鋰電平台，發展無碳刷馬達尖端技術，以及開發先進的電子及電源管理系統，從而繼續壯大充電式產品系列，使公司成功研發出連串新產品，令終端用户大為受益。公司最大的電動工具業務佔總銷售88.6%，增長13.0%。帶領公司創出驕人業績的Milwaukee工具業務今年持續表現出色，按當地貨幣計算增長達21.7%，而RYOBI ONE+業務錄得高個位數銷售額增長。地板護理及器具業務方面繼續進展良好，充電式及地毯清洗產品類別較2018年上升18.9%。地板護理業務整體下降13.5%，然而，其除利息及税項前盈利增長12.8%，此乃受惠於公司強化業務，撤出部分歐洲市場，並終止非策略性的傳統業務類別。雖然銷售額下跌，但充電式和地毯清洗類別均深受市場歡迎，業務顯著增長，表現令人鼓舞。
公司繼續鞏固集團在北美的地位，增長超過10.2%，領先同儕。歐洲、中東及非洲地區同樣表現突出，按當地貨幣計算增長率達13.5%。公司亦進軍個別滲透率偏低的市場，在競爭激烈的北歐及東歐重要市場取得成功。在全球其他地域市場，澳洲及亞洲業務增長率按當地貨幣計算為10.0%，再度表現卓越，高於市場水平。
此外，由高利潤率新產品、產品組合管理、生產力提升，以及結合銷量的槓桿效應，有助推動毛利率連續11年錄得增長。毛利率由2018年37.2%，擴大至2019年37.7%。公司通過創科實業OPEX系統，專注於卓越營運，提高整個營運過程的效率，同時把供應鏈擴展至傳統基地以外的地區。為配合業務高速增長，公司亦投資於亞洲、墨西哥及美國，務求擴大全球製造業務據點。公司在越南的製造基地在去年快速地擴張，現已成為全球製造策略的一個重要據點。以上種種舉措帶來世界一流的服務水準及優質產品，亦有助減輕關税等不利因素的影響，讓創科實業穩佔有利位置，把握未來增長。
