繼峯股份(603997.SH):格拉默預計2020年一季度及全年營收利潤下降
格隆匯3月3日丨繼峯股份(603997.SH)公佈,公司控股子公司Grammer Aktiengesellschaft(以下簡稱“Grammer”或“格拉默”)今天披露預測性公告稱:受新冠肺炎疫情及行業需求的影響,預計2020年第一季度營業收入和利潤將出現顯著下降,預計2020年全年營業收入和利潤將下降。從2018年財務數據來看,Grammer營業收入占上市公司集團收入的80%以上,公司2020年第一季度營業收入、利潤和全年業績也將因受到Grammer業績波動的影響,預計將產生一定程度的下降。
為了使效率提升計劃能有更大的財務靈活性,Grammer執行委員會作出決議,提議股東大會2019年度按每股0.11歐元分配股息。
