新世界(00017.HK)鄭志剛:對未來樓市前景審慎樂觀 冀第二季推售大圍住宅項目
新世界(00017.HK)執行副主席兼總經理鄭志剛在業績網上發布會上表示,預期未來2至3年香港的物業合同銷售約150億至200億元,對未來的樓市前景審慎樂觀。至於大圍站物業已申請預售樓花同意書,期望能在第二季推售。雖然項目早前因疫情而停工,但在上周已全面復工,並加強全面防疫措施,相信為期兩周的停工對項目推售沒有太大影響。他提到,該項目約有3,090伙單位,涵蓋開放式至四房單位,能滿足到市民上車及換樓的需求,認為市場的剛性需求仍在,預期未來樓價將會穩定地橫行。
