汇丰欢迎财政预算案建议 乐见中小企融资担保计划担保比例提升
香港上海汇丰银行副主席兼行政总裁王冬胜表示,该行欢迎2020/21年度财政预算案的建议,目前市场面对各种不确定因素,刚公布的措施正好从多角度支持本港不同类型的企业。以中小企为例,其作为本港经济的重要支柱,除了雇用大量劳动力,更是增长的引擎之一,乐见当局将中小企融资担保计划的担保比例提升至百分之百,相信能够有效纾缓其经营压力。
他指,香港是领先国际金融中心和全球最大离岸人民币中心,於粤港澳大湾区推出的双向理财通机制,不但让国际投资者涉足更多人民币产品,而且大大拓展财富管理业的发展空间。香港一直是中港两地资本市场互联互通的前行者,沪港通、深港通以及债券通於过去几年成功推出,相信日後理财通能够进一步加快人民币国际化。
该行又欢迎政府继续发行绿色债券、银色债券,以及针对零售市场的通胀挂钩债券,有助不断扩大港元债券市场的深度和广度。
