幸福藍海(300528.SZ)業績快報：2019年度淨利扭虧為盈至733.62萬元
格隆匯2月25日丨幸福藍海(300528.SZ)披露2019年度業績快報，報告期內，公司實現營業總收入為213,808.79萬元，比去年同期增長29.20%；利潤總額-2412.97萬元；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤733.62萬元，上年同期虧損5.32億元；基本每股收益0.02元。公司各業務板塊具體經營情況如下：
1.電視劇業務
報告期內，幸福藍海集團電視劇業務穩步前行，《特赦1959》《空降利刃》(原名“《傘兵魂》”)《夢在海這邊》《光榮時代》《國寶奇旅》《我要和你在一起》等劇在央視一套及一線衞視平台熱播。同時，公司主投主控的小康主題獻禮劇《阿壩一家人》正在後期製作中，參與投資的冬奧會獻禮劇《冰糖燉雪梨》已完成後期製作，預計將於2020年上半年播出。
2.電影全產業鏈業務
(1)電影製作、發行業務
報告期內，公司出品的電影《誤殺》於2019年12月13日上映後口碑爆棚，票房突破12億元，併入選豆瓣發佈的“2019年度華語影片”前十；公司聯合出品的電影《中國機長》《烈火英雄》《南方車站的聚會》均取得了票房和口碑雙豐收。
(2)院線發行、影城放映業務
幸福藍海院線規模進一步擴大，2019年票房同比增長21%，增幅為全國前十大院線之首，公司在全國院線票房排名已由2018年度的第十位躍居至第九位，在江蘇省票房保持第一位。
2019年度，幸福藍海新增自有影城12家88張銀幕，截至目前已開業連鎖直營影城86家，遍佈全國各地。幸福藍海自有影城通過連鎖管理模式，發揮影城集聚集約優勢，不斷優化營運品質與運營系統，全面提升全程觀影體驗，用精細化的管理、差異化的內容，打造高品質的“幸福藍海國際影城”連鎖影院品牌形象。
報告期內，公司經營情況良好，電視劇業務營業收入同比大幅增長，幸福藍海院線市場佔有率進一步提升。由於公司收購的重慶笛女阿瑞斯影視傳媒有限公司(“笛女傳媒”)部分影視劇項目已到結算期，因未完成發行目標，賬面存貨需結轉成本；同時笛女傳媒借款利息較高，導致其出現較大虧損，對2019年公司業績造成不利影響。
去年同期由於公司發現笛女傳媒及其原實際控制人在收購重組過程中存在提供材料不實等情形，部分應收款項很可能無法收回，導致笛女傳媒資金缺乏，生產經營受限，公司計提了大額應收款項壞賬準備和商譽減值準備，導致鉅額虧損。
